Index of eligible Open Access journals
The index of eligible Open Access journals is a tool which checks whether there is a possibility of publishing in scientific journals of publishers who cooperate with HEAL-Link. Users may search for the journal title or select one of the main types of support, that is journals with waived APCs and journals with discounted APCs. At the same time, there are specific eligibility terms and conditions that should be taken into account for each journal and publisher.
The guide summarizes the terms approved by the Board of Directors of HEAL-Link, on November 12, 2025 and effective from January 1st, 2026. The terms are officially listed on HEAL-Link’s website.
The Knowledge Hub was designed for members of the HEAL-Link (Hellenic Academic Libraries Link) and features seminars presented by partner publishers regarding their provided services.
The purpose of the Hub is to empower and equip researchers with essential skills and tools, enabling them to publish effectively, share their findings responsibly, and maximize the impact of their work.
Participants will gain practical knowledge on various topics, ranging from mastering academic writing and peer review to navigating publication ethics and research data management.
